UPCLOSE
In UPCLOSE, JEJU I look at the everyday, a moment of time or a ‘snapshot’, that for me is quintessentially the fabric of this unique and precious island that we have called our ‘home’ for the past four years. This can be a ‘Still Life’, some local produce, a change of light or simply an image glimpsed whilst passing by. Many of these artworks reflect the joys of finding the quiet pleasures of time spent and the simple act of creating an image.
I hope you also find some familiarity and perhaps your own personal moment in the Exhibition or that you simply just appreciate the essence of the artwork.

MUSINGS; a group Exhibition of like-minded Artists working in a range of media, showing works in response to a period of reflection or thought. (My own work looked at capturing a moment,
a seasonal change and time spent in the environment.)

As a Visual Art Teacher I have initiated, organised, supported and assisted students in their own 'curation' and displaying of their 'Body of work'. This has included IBDP Exhibitions and SACE Exhibitions.
This also included organising the event, with guest speakers and musical items.
